Mark Sneath

I’ve had the privilege of serving as Lead Pastor of Cornerstone since 2009, and I’ve been in ministry since 1999—which means I’ve been preaching, leading, and drinking coffee for over 20 years. I hold a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Theological Studies in Church and Culture, and I’m passionate about helping people grow in faith, find meaningful community, and follow Jesus with purpose.

I’m known for being straightforward in how I communicate and deeply committed to caring for people. I try to lead with clarity, conviction, and—yes—a healthy dose of caffeine. My wife, Janice, and I are a true ministry team. She keeps me grounded, focused, and occasionally rescues me from theological rabbit holes. We have three amazing adult kids and one remarkable son-in-law, and we love serving the church together.

If I’m not at the church, you’ll probably find me at a coffee shop—or in Florida, soaking up some sun and sermon ideas.
